Ralph and Amy McCrea and
daughter, Maureen Montgomery
visited last week with Dr. Stanley
and Margaret Rollands. Margaret
acted in the play Gone to Glory at
the Blyth Festival Theatre. Margaret
was an actress for many years and
stayed with the McCreas.
They also visited with a cousin of
Ralph's, Laura Bowen in Kingston.
While there they toured Old Fort
Henry.
On the way they called on Jack
and Janet Baillie of Coburg,
formerly of Wingham. They came
home by way of Bond Head, near
Cookstown where Maureen had
been baptized.

Beef club
prepares
for
Seaforth
The most recent meeting of the 4-
H Beef Club took place at Kim
Higgins's.
It was a night of preparing for the
judging competition in Seaforth.
The next meeting is On Aug. 29 at
Corey Rintoul's.
