A fire truck escort into town surrounded by hundreds of well wishers and a cake to boot; what an amazing way to come back to Blyth. The NHL draft was something incredible to experience and sharing this with our hockey families, friends and great supporters here in Blyth makes it that much better. Thank you all for taking time and sharing this amazing occasion with us, we will never forget our home town welcome. Mariah arrived early although safely at 2:02 p.m. on Tuesday, June 29, 2004 at Stratford General Hospital. Our little miracle weighed 6 lbs. 5 oz. and measured 18 inches long. Proud grandparents of their seventh grandchild are Doreen and Bill Taylor of Belgrave.
