Thank you to all the neighbours, family and friends for attending my bridal shower and for all ' the lovely gifts and overwhelming support. It was a wonderful opportunity to meet with old and dear friends and to introduce my mother-in-law-to-be to a very important part of my life. Edith Pipe, Trish Clarkson and Nora Stephenson pulled it all together. Karen Griffiths helped with' setting up,.while Delores Wheeler, Marlene Rutledge and a host of helpers kept the kitchen running smoothly. Mary Douma along with a talented group of singers and dancers provided much appreciated entertainment, while Agnes Ten Pas and Rene Richmond created the beautiful corsages.
