FROM WALTON
Early Years
enjoy Q-tip
painting
The Walton Ontario Early Years
program at Duff's United Church
is being attended by a wonderful
group of children and their
caregivers. It is a pleasure to see
the "Nan as," "Grandmas" and
"Ommas" who have been bringing
their grandchildren. Without their
loving support, families would be
missing an important gift.
There is a book called Fostering
the Grandma Connection that is
available anytime to borrow.
The children have been enjoying
Q-tip painting.
They have been learning animal
sounds at circle time and tickled
Emma Taylor's little piggies.
They have also been making
crowns, practising soccer and
aerobics.
Moms enjoyed discussing
pregnancy and upcoming births.
It is great to see the sharing of
resources between the parents as
well. This free program runs
Wednesday mornings from 10 -
I1:30 a.m. Children are welcome
anytime with their caregiver.
