Brown Owl introduced a new Brownie, Vickie Hackett,' to the Pack. Second year service stars were presented by Brown Owl to Tracey McDonagh, Rosalea Camer- on, Sharon Struthers and Rosemary • Gilmore. At Pow Wow Brown Owl told the Brownies about the requirements of a new, badge, it is the Baker Badge.
