LucinoW Kinsmen Club's hockey team doubled the score over the CKNX Tri Hard in a game played in the local arena on Sunday afternoon. Final score was 4-2 for the Kinsmen. A good crowd turned .out to see some exciting hockey and help to raise in excess of $200 for Cystic, Fibrosis Research. Sunday's game was the first of the season for the Kinsmen. Future games are planned with the G.P.P. team and other teams to be announced at a later date. The Kinsmen team play to raise money for their community and service projects. In the second period; Fred Flanagan opened the scoring with Terry Rathwell picking up the assist. CKNX flashed the light a short time later on a goal by. Ross Poll assisted by Wayne Brown. Gary Ritchie, assisted 'by Stu Thompson. and Jim' • Peterson unassisted completed the scoring in the second period for Lucknow. 'CKNX added another goal before the end of the period.
