Nine members answered the roll, call. The work meeting is on the 11th of ° November at the home of Mrs. Evers at 7.00 'We discussed our Achievement Day and the colour for the cover for our books. Discussion was about snacks and small meals.. We'talked about the different snacks and reviewed how to find fault and the cause in a loaf of bread. We completed the plans for Achievement Day. ,Kathy O'Keefe and Mary Luanne Clare demonstrated how to make the Puffy Dutch Minicake. Mrs. Evers showed how to bake them. In group work we tasted the minicake with icing sugar and honey; we also tasted the bread from the third meeting. We closed the last meeting with the 4-H motto, "Learn to do by doing". .
