Mr. and Mrs.. Bryce Elliott of
Lucknow and their family attended
the wedding of the former's
nephew, Guy Kelly, in Burlington
last Saturday. Ray Elliott of
Halifax, was his cousin's best man.
As a coincidence, Guy's three
attendants travelled from Halifax,
Novia Scotia, Surrey, British Col-
umbia and Montreal to attend the
wedding.
Mr. and Mrs. Lloyd Stewart of
undas, Miss Winnie Stewart of
- London, Mr. and Mrs. Allen
Stewart, 'Kim, Leslie and John of
Burlington spent Thanksgiving
with their mother Mrs. Philip
Stewart, Lucknow.

little sons Brian and Kevin of

Mrs. Mae McKendrick on Thanks-
giving Day.

Ray -Elliott of Halifax, Nova
Scotia, left Toronto Airport Sunday
evening for Leesburg, Virginia, to
spend three weeks at Xerox of
Canada's Training Centre there.
Mrs. Harvey Treleaven of Lond-
on, formerly of, Lucknow, was a pat-
ient in Victoria Hospital,. London,
returning home Saturday.
Jim MacDonald of Surrey,- Brit-
ish Columbia; visited last week end
in Lucknow with his parents, Mr.
and Mrs. Leonard MacDonald. On
Saturday they all • attended the
wedding in Burlington of Guy Kelly
andllelen Rooney, where Jim was
one of the ushers.
Mrs. Stuart Jamieson of Luck-
now is a patient in University
Hospital, London, where she
underwent surgery last week.
Mr. and 'Mrs. Jim Keane spent-
last week in St. Mary's, Ontario
with Mr. and. Mrs. Robert Currie
and Keith.
Mr. and Mrs. William Hewat of
Elmira, Mrs. Don Biles and
Stephen of Islington, Mr. and Mrs.
Bob Thompson, John, Robert and
Anne of Windsor spent Thanksgiv-
ing week end in LucknOw with Miss
Helen Thompson and Miss Lorna
Campbell. John is attending the
hniversity of Windsor in , first year
Engineering.

burne, Nova Scotia, spent a week in
Lucknow with her son, Mr. and
Mrs. Art Purney and Stasia.
Mr. and Mrs. Kerry Hogan,
Todd and Chad of Glencoe and
Miss Fay Hogan of Owen 'Sound

Willowdale spent the week end at

Frank Moulton was hospitalized
for a few days as a result of a car
accident in the village on Thursday
night. • He was a passenger in —a car
driven by Ken Johnston which was,
in collision with another car on
main street.

Toronto, Mr. and Mrs. Grant
Sowerby of Toronto, Mr. and Mrs.
Bill Blake. Becky and Kara of
Cambridge. Other callers through'
the week and on Sunday were MisS
Beth McConnell, Mr. and Mrs.
Mrs. Steve Stothers,, Lucknow
visited on Sunday with Mrs. Mary
Bere 'and family. On Sunday
evening Mrs. Bere and Jamie
called on Mt. and Mrs. Willex King
of Bervie, whose barn was destroy-
ed by fire on Thursday night: Mrs.
King is the former Maxine. McNee,
of Belmore.
On Saturday Mrs. Elsie Irvin,
Mrs. Peg Purdon, Mrs. Edna
Campbell, Mrs. Evelyn Errington,
Mrs. Bessie McNee and Mrs. Belle
Mole went on a bus trip to Barrie
with a bus load from Clinton. They
visited the museum and •saw a
display of handicrafts.

Waller (nee Debbie Hodges), who
were married in Dungannon United
Church on Saturday.
Mr. and Mrs. Ben Park were
pleased to haVe Mr. and Mrs. Allan
Park, Angela and Leeanne of Fort
McLeod spent a few days with
them. They had not seen their son
Allan for ten years and this was the
first meeting with his wife, Kathy
and family. Other visitors during
Thanksgiving week end, Were
