B.C., visited with her"mother Mrs.
Agnes Hodgins. On Saturday
evening last a family dinner was
held in her honour.
Mrs. Frank Maulden visited on
Wednes'clay with relatives at St.
Helens.
Relatives and friends from here
attended the graveside service in
the Ripley Cemetery on Thurday
afternoon for the late. Charles
Sutherland of Toronto. Mrs.
Sutherland was the former Lenore
Logan.
Mrs. Audrey Borthwick of St.
Catharines visited with Mr.. and
Mrs. Jack Hodgins and other
relatives here.
Mr. and Mrs. Jack Scott and
Misses Edna and May Boyle visited
on Friday evening with Mr. and
Mrs. Ralph Lynn and family at
Clandeboye and also called at the
Stephenson funeral home at Ailsa
Craig, where their cousin the late
William Simpson was resting.
Relatives and friends from here
attended a bridal shcivver for Miss
Carolyn Nicholson at the Kinloss
Community Centre on Thursday
evening.
Mrs. Gerald Rhody will be
hostesg for the October meeting of
the Anglican Church Women at her
home on Thursday, October 9th.
This will be a quilting.

the wedding reception at Lucknow
on Friday night in honour of Mr.
and Mrs. Glen Morningstar (Shir-
ley Bushell). . ,
The Holyrocid Women's Institute
will meet this Thursday (evening)

Murray homes here.
