Not Happy With
25th Sideroad
Lucknow Sentinel.
Dear Sir,
This is a Formal complaint which
I am registering,to the Township of
Kinloss.
When a person is not satisfied
with a job, they generally do not
pay till 'they are, would you not
agree?
We at Langside are not happy at
the culvert on the 25th of Kinloss to
the ,highway not being fixed after
all this time.
The correct thing to do is
withhold paying our taxes till such
ti, me as it is repaired so that we can
use the road again.
This culvert being out is costing
money, never mind the high risk of
an accident over the bad hills' on
the 23rd sideroad.
I hope you, the township, can
bring some fast repair work on this
for us.
4r Yours truly,
John A. Green.
