Mary Fisher was the high bowler for the ladies with a single of 242 and a triple of 580. Jack Caesar was high man with a single of 315 and a triple of 789. Mary Fisher was the only lady to reach 225 or better. JUNIORS Allan Stanley captured the high single with 187 followed by Roddy HaVens with 169, and right behind him was Paul Irwin with 166. Harold Errington Is Club President The-annual banquet for the Luckriow-Dringannon Mixed' BoW1- ing 'League was held in the Litcknow Legion Hall on Saturday, April 19. Shortly after, seven o'clock, the president; Orville Elliott, called the group to order and Karen Martyn at the piano and Diane Park led in singing grace. The ladies of the Anglican Church served a delicious beef (linnet and Bob Finlay expressed the appreciation of the crowd 'by thanking the ladies for a fine meal. , Mrs. Ernest Gaunt replied. • Ernie Webb, proprietor, of LuCky Wood Lanes, was called on for a few words. The secretary-treasurer, Grace Elliott, gave the financial report and the adoption of this was moved by Ross Irwin and Bill Searle.. Nominations were called for a secretary-treasurer for the next season 'and this resulted in the election of Mary Nelson to that position. - . The presentation of trophies then took place with the following results. After the' presentations, the Nutones from Walkerton supplied lively music for the dance for the remainder of the evening.
