Honoured On
25th Anniversary
ST. HELENS NEWS
On March 27th Mr. and Mrs.
Frank McQuillin were honoured by
their 9th neighbours, friends and
relatives at a social evening in the
St. Helens Hall on the occasion of
their 25th wedding anniversary.
Don Cameron read an address of
good wishes and J.D. Durnin
, presented, them with gifts. Frank
and Laurine replied and lunch was
served at the conclusion of the
, evening.
Mrs. Fred McQuillin: spent ten
days with Mr. and Mrs. Ivan
McQuillin and family at Kitchener.
Mr. and Mrs. John Cameron
moved back to the, farm ' after
spending the winter months in .
Lucknow.
Mr. and Mrs. Ken Fowler of
Caledon spent a few days with his
parents MY. and Mrs. Harold ,
Fowler. They attended the funeral
of the late Harry Fowler at Clinton
on Friday. Sympathy of the
community goes to the' Fowler
families in the loss' of their father
and grandfather.
Mr. and Mrs. Don Campbell and
family and Beverley MacPherson of
London were recent visitors with
Mr. and Mrs.' Bill MacPherson and
family.
Hugh Rutherford of Kingston
visited with relatives here on the
week end. His /mother, Mrs. Wm.
Rutherford, who had been visiting
at Kingston for some time returned
to. Goderich with him.
Mr. and Mrs. Nyle Luclolth, Mr.
and Mrs. Larry Ludolth and 'Trevor
of Kitchener visited Mrs. Nyle
Ludolth's' mother, Mrs. Parr, and
Mr. and Mrs. Gerald Dorscht.
Mr. and Mrs. Sandy McQuillan
and Robbie of Stratford and Sheila
McQuillan of London spent Easter
with their parents, Mr. and Mrs.
Wilfred McQuillan. -
Mr. and Mrs. Gordon McIntyre
of Richmond Hill spent a few days
with Miss Isobel Miller and other
relatives.

We have some people on the sick
or injured list in Grade 5. Scott
McLean had the misfortune to get
his foot badly cut in a farm
accident. At present he is getting
around on crutches. Betty Jean
MacLean ran into the door and
required a few stitches in , her
forehead. Christine Guikema is in
the hospital. We wish them all a
speedy recovery.

Donnie Shantz is back to school
again after having chicken pox. •
Doug Sorbara has, returned from
his trip to Florida which he says he
enjoyed very much.
Congratulations go to Keith
Hodgins who has a new baby
brother.
