reed mats and 'only part of it has
cement floor. They hope to
improve their house soon.
The money Marleny , receives
from her C.G.I.T. Foster mothers is
spent for clothing, food and some
house repairs. The family receives
medical and dental care and the
girls are able to go to school.
The, C.G.I.T. girls take turns
writing to Marleny each month. It
reminds them of how important it is
to share, when they have so much,
with others who have so little.
It is the hope of the C.G.I.T.
members that others in the area
will see the urgent need of
becoming Foster Parents.
NEWS ,DEADLINES
CONTINUED FROM PAGE 1
Monday and two telephone lines to
our office make for very little delay
in getting your message t9 us.
Please phone early Monday with
classified ads and itenis of news.
For those press reporters from
various organizations, it is the
policy -of the paper that meeting
reports will be accepted, but only if
they are submitted immediately
after they take place.
It is hoped that this reminder will
be enough to create an improve-
ment, otherwise some hard and
fast earlier deadlines will have to
be enforced for both advertising
and news, and some of the regular
meetings of church groups, com-
munity Organizations and 4-H clubs
may have to be refused on a"
permanent basis.
Many contributors of meeting
reports are prompt and consistent.
To them we say- thanks.
