the Royalank branch in' Paisley,
were two of 17 bank officers
selected to pprticipate in a four-day
seminar in Toronto on agricultural
management and 'lending,.
The Seminar, running from Feb-
roary,10 to 13, included sessions on
financing various farm operations,
assessment , of farm records and
farm budgeting.
According to George Arnold,
manager of the Royal Banks
agricultural department, the pur:
pose of the seminar was to provide
local managers with up-to-date
information on agricultural prod-
uction, the role of agriculture in the
economy, and the tools and tech,
niques of farm planning.
