look over the situation.

Wawanosh Township Council took
place on Tuesday• afternoon, Feb-
ruary 4th .in the office of the Public*,
Works building. All members
attended and Reeve Lyons; presid-
ed.

A motion by Councillors ' Foran.
and Hickey' authorized the Reeve
and Clerk to apply for the final
subsidy on 1974 road expenditures
in the Township which•amounted to
$116,097.50. :
Council was informed that Mr.
A. Clark, Engineer of Wingham,
had coinpleted . the Gaunt Drain
survey and the reports were in the
hands of the Clerk. A decision was
made to consider the Report at' the
March meeting of Council.
' Council . was made aware of the
contents of a letter received from
Ontario Hydro, which • announced
an increase in street lighting rates
starting in April: Dungannon.
Street lights rate will be $737.50
per year compared to $687.50 at
present. •
Councillor Hickey was named
Township representative to the
Huron County Farm Safety Assoc-
iation. •
A motion by Councillors Hickey
and Foran. named Monteith and
Monteith of Stratford as auditor for
1975.
