Women met in the Parish Hall for
their regular February meeting.
Mrs. Cliff Roulstbn , was in
charge of the 'devotions, this
months theme being • "Forgive-
ness": Mrs. Harvey Mole read the
scripture and several ladies also
read , other verses speaking of
forgiveness, Mrs. •Roulston led in
prayer which included a litany of
forgiveness and presented the mot-
to 'Who says it is easy to forgive'.
It isn't easy to forgive but very,
necessary if we are to have 'an open
line with God. Hard feelings
towards another creates static that
blocks the linez "Forgiveness is
the petfume left on the heel 'of the
shoe that crushed the flower".
Mrs. Mole presided for' the
business. Material has been
ordered for choir gowns which will
be' made as soon as possible. It was
decided to purchase material and
make tablecloths also.
A' Bible contest was conducted
with Mrs. Harold Cooper the
winner.
Mrs. Roulston read a poem
"Don't judge too hard" as the
closing thought and the meeting
closed with a hymn and prayer..
