marriage of their daughter, Brenda.
Marie, to Mr. . Kenneth . Edward
Morrison, son of Mr. and Mrs. Tom
Morrison of Little Current, Ontario.
The, marriage took place on
Saturday, January 18th, 1975 in,
Brook's Presbyterian Chttrch,
Brooks, Alberta.
-of ivory jersey with high lace-edged
neckline . which featured a round
pearl-trimmed bib front, empire
waistline, A-line skirt and lace
trkmmed hood. The gown" had a
long detachable train. She carried
a basket 'of dried red and ivory
flowers intermingled with , pine
cones and cedar with. a long red
velvet bow from basket.
Miss Ruth Brooks of London,
sister of the bride,, was maid of
honciur. She wore a cranberry
crepe Ellissa gown, Victorian style
with stand-up collar, long ties at
back, and accented with ivory lace.
Her flowers were similar to the
bride's.
Gary Remington of Ottawa,
brother of the 'groom was groom's:
man.
Donald Brooks' of . Lucknow
brother of the bride, was the usher.
Christmas music was played by
the organist Miss Gail Pritchard of
R. R. 1 Lucknow.
A reception followed at The Mill,
Benmillef.
The bride's mother wore, a
chiffon gown with ivory back-
ground and multi coloured floral
design, and a yellow orchid cor-
sage.
The groom's mother .wore a
gown of teal blue and white
crimplene and red and white
carnation corsage.
The couple Will reside in Atlanta,
Georgia, °where the groom is
interning at Grady Hospital.
The bride, a ,registered nurse,
was formerly, employed at Victoria
Hospital, London.

Gordon Boyd has been a. patient
in Hospital in Kincardine.
Attending Presbyterial in , Wing-
ham on Monday for Presbyterian
, women in the area, were. Mrs.
Ewan MacLean, Mrs. Henry Mac-
Kenzie, Mrs. Warren Wylds and
Mrs. Jim West.
Mrs. Jim West was hostess to
the Ashfield Presbyterian W.M.S.
on Thursday.
Visiting in the area is Fred
Ritchie of Huntsville. -
Mr. and Mrs. Ross MacKenzie
and family were guests on Sunday
of Mrs.' Belle MacKinnon at the
Log Cabin Restaurant for a family
dinner at which time Mrs. MacKin-
non had all members of her family
together.
Mr., and Mrs. George Moncrief
returned home from a pleasant-
.holiday in, Florida.
Mr. and Mrs. Ross MacKenzie
were recent visitors in Toronto with
Mr. and Mrs. Ray MacKenzie and
Mr. and Mrs. Bill Barrett and
family.
Visiting Mrs. Emile MacLennan
and Sandy during the week end
were Mr. and Mrs. Donald Mac:
Lerman and Gene McGee. Jason
Morton of Sarnia has been spend-
ing the week with his grandmother
while his mom has been hospitaliz-
ed.
David MacDonald has been
enjoying a holiday in the sun at
Jamaica.
Little Julie MacDonald of London,
is spending the week with Mr. and
Mrs. Elmer Culbert and Mr. and
Mrs. Finlay MacDonald.

J. P. -Johnstone, the retiring
Warden, invested Mr. Worrall with
the chain of office and the oath of
office was administered 'by Judge
P. S. MacKenzie. Devotional
exercises were conducted by. Rev,.
Wilber E Minke of Walkerton.
In accepting the office, Mr.
Worrall stated that he was proud
and humble to be elected Warden
of Bruce and that it was one of the
greatest achievements of ,his life-
time.
He introduced past wardens
present at the Meeting and new
members of . county council.
George Grant of Paisley replied on
behalf of the past Wardens.
Mr. Worrall introduced the clerk
of Teeswater' Alex" McKenzie and
members of council present, Bruce
Kissner, Donald Clarkand Graeme
Cassidy. He also introduced his
wife Alice, daughter Elaine and
son-in-law Bob Petersen of Elmira
and son Bob of London.
Walter Marshall, Mayor of ,
Walkerton, brought greetings , on
behalf of the town.
The meeting' was presided, over
by county clerk W. S. Forster
Paisley.
- Mr. and Mrs. Worrall entertain-
ed at the Walkerton Legion Hall
following the meeting. .Tiffin's
Orchestra, played for dancing.
The election of Albert Worrall as
1975 Warden of Bruce is fitting in
that it is the Centennial Year of the
village , of Teeswater. Teeswater's
lastWarden was Frank Field who
won the honour in 1967. Andrew
H. McTavish was Bruce County
Warden in 1949.
Mr. Worrall is married to the
former Alice Hughes of Teeswater•
and they have a family of one
daughter and one son, Mrs. Bob
(Elaine) Petersen of 'Elmira and
Robert, -who is studying towards
his Ph.D., 'at Western University,
London, majoring in rural, geog-
raphy.
Albert Worrall .was born in
Toronto, the son of the late Mr. and
Mrs. Albert J. Worralh---His -father
died in the first world war and he
came to Teeswater to reside with
his mother when he was four years
of age. When Alby was nine yearS
of age, his mother passed away.
He attended Public and continua-
ton school in Teeswater and at' the
age of 15, forty-six years ago, he '
commenced an association with the
printing buSiness in Teeswater
which he still retains today.
His first job at the Teeswater
News was in the emplby of George
K. Brown who, shortly after,' sold
to Vince Statia. Alby worked for
Mr. Statia until 1941 when he
purchased . the newspaper and
commercial printing business from
him and became both editor and
publisher. ,
In December of 1969, Mr.
Worrall sold the npvspaper in
TeeSwater to Don :Thompson of.
Lucknoyv, but still continues to
operate the commercial printing
business which is known as Tees-
water Printcraft.
He is a past president of
Teesivater Lions Club and, through
the years, has served on the hydro
commission, council, public and
high school' boards.
He is commencing his fifth year
as Reeve of Teeswater. Alby
hasn't missed a council, hydro or
county council meeting since he '
took the office 'of Reeve.
He', 'has been on the county.
library board during his four years
on county council, serving as
chairman for two years. .He has
also served on the public speaking
committee of county council.

see Jeff Gamble back again at
school. Jeff broke his leg when he
was skating during the Christmas
holidays. We all try to help Jeff the
best we can, by carrying his books
for him and helping him with his
coat.

Janice Lynne Brooks of London and
