East Wawanosh students write wish lists
DEAR SANTA,
Can I please have a snowmobile
and a racing car? In my stocking I
would like a candy cane. I like
Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer. I
will leave you some chocolate mint
cookies and milk for Rudolph.
Love, Daryn Jorna.
GRADE TWO
DEAR SANTA,
I can’t wait until Christmas
because before you come to my
house we are going to make cookies.
I will give you a glass of milk and
the cookies I made. How is Mrs.
Claus and Rudolph and the other
reindeer? I would like a lip gloss
maker for Christmas please, and a
blanket with bears on it please.
Your friend, Melissa Leishman.
DEAR SANTA,
How are you feeling? I hope that
your elves are working. I will put
some cookies out for you and some
carrots for your reindeer. Say Hi Ho
Mrs. Claus. Could you buy me a

DEAR SANTA,
If my dad can't get me a gun,
would you please get me a gun that
has a cork on a string and when you
shoot it, it goes “Boom”. I would
like a new laser gun because my old
one doesn’t’ work any more. I would
also like a snowmobile. How do
your reindeer fly? What do your
elves make? Could you bring Kurtis
a stuffed animal like you brought
Little Henry? I had snowflakes on it.
I would also like some paint and
treats.
Nicholas Frischknecht.
DEAR SANTA,
How are your elves working? How
long does it take to go around the
world? How are your reindeer? How
is Mrs. Claus? How long does it take
to make the toys? How are your
elves? I would like a mini car and a
watch and some crayons. I will give
you some cookies and milk. I will
leave some apples for your reindeer.
Merry Christmas * from Tyler
Hallahan.
DEAR SANTA,
I want a Barbie and a “Hush Little
Baby” and an “Ice Cream Baby”. I
also want to see some candy in my
stocking. I would like to open my
presents when I wake up. I would
like to know if I can get a toy that I
like. I would like to know if I can
have a Pouchy that has love in its
eyes. How are the elves doing? How
is Mrs. Santa Claus? How are you
doing? How is Rudolph and all the
other reindeer? I wonder if I can
wake up and see you.
Desiree MacDonald.
DEAR SANTA,
How are you doing? How are the
elves? How are your reindeer doing?
Would you bring me a doll? I would
like anything else you can fit in your
sleigh. I have been a good girl. My
sister has been good too. My sister
would like another doll too.
Brittany Appleby.
DEAR SANTA,
Is Rudolph really real? Would you
please bring me a 20-dart-blade gun
and a remote-controlled car? I have
tried to be really good. I help my dad
and mom. I will leave you some milk
and carrots for your reindeer espe
cially Rudolph. Dallas would like
the same as me. I think Dustin would
like a Winnie the Pooh book.
Merry Christmas from Kevin
Pennington.
DEAR SANTA,
I would like a Play Station game
and a Play Station. Please leave a
bead-drill toy with a cocoon and a
Digimon Transforming toy and a
Tarzan Play Station game. We are
going to leave some carrots for
Rudolph and all the other reindeer. I
am going to leave chocolate chip
cookies, I hope. Do you have to buy
toys? Please send me a letter back to
answer my question.
From Trevor Raynard.
DEAR SANTA,
Would you please bring me an
Action Man and put some new tooth
paste in my stocking? I will leave
you some chocolate chip cookies on
Christmas Eve and some carrots for
your reindeer. I have tried to be
good. I cleaned the laneway and did
the dishes.
Cody Richmond.
DEAR SANTA,
Would you bring me some toys
and a real toy harvester, Pokemon
and a mask so the snow doesn’t get
in my face? My sisters will write
their own letters to you. I will leave
you some chocolate and peanut but
ter cookies on Christmas Eve. I have
been good and so have my sisters.
Merry Christmas, Christopher
Shiell.
DEAR SANTA,
We are going to have good cook
ies. I am going to help make them.
How are your reindeer growing? I
hope you are staying warm. If you
want to bring an air crafter for me, I
would be really happy. I wonder how
you are doing too. I tried to be good
but sometimes I was bad. I fed the
cattle and I washed the dishes. I
played in the sandbox very happily. I
wish you a Merry Christmas.
Grayson Van Camp.
As we celebrate
the gladness and the glory
of this holy season, we’d like
to express our deepest feelings
of friendship and goodwill
