CARDIFF. Rob, Allyson and
Victoria are pleased to announce
the birth of Sophie Elizabeth on
October 24, 2000 at Stratford
Hospital, weighing in at 6 pounds,
12 ounces, and 18 inches long.

BRANCH SUPERVISOR
The Huron County Library
requires a Branch Supervisor
for the Auburn Branch
Library This is a regular part-
time position of 2 hours per
week, Saturday afternoons
from 1-3 p.m. It is expected
that 8 additional hours per
week will be added staring in
2001 to deliver the
Community Access Program
for one to two years.
The Branch Supervisor is
responsible for the direct
delivery of library services to
the community, including
circulation of materials,
assisting patrons to find
information, and managing
the Branch on a day-to-day
basis. Duties will also include
assisting patrons to use the
Internet.
The ideal candidate will have
completed High School and
the Excel Program in Small
Library Management, or have
equivalent post-secondary
education or experience in
public libraries. Knowledge of
computers and the Internet is
also essential.
