THANK YOU
The weather was just perfect
for Blyth's Lighting of the
Lights Christmas season kick
off. On behalf of the Blyth
and Area Business
Association we would like to
thank everyone who
supported our village this
past weekend and joined in
on the festivities. The fresh
falling snow added the
finishing touch to the
decorations. Mason Bailey
welcomed everyone and
officially opened the
Christmas Season and the
lights were turned on.
Special thanks to Bill, Murray
and Ken for all their hard
work decorating our village, it
looks great. To Mrs. Cheryl
Cronin and the students from
Blyth Public School, for
leading us in a carol sing
song and Murray Siertsema
for giving wagon rides to
young and old through the
village streets, all was much
appreciated. Barbecued hot
dogs were served by the
Blyth Boy Scouts and hot
chicken noodle soup was
generously donated and
served by Grand View
Restaurant. Thank you all
again and may you have a
safe and happy holiday.
