NOTICE OF DECLARATION OF SURPLUS PROPERTY
Notice is hereby given that the above municipalities being the owners of the
Fire Hall in the Town of Wingham have declared the following property to be
surplus to their needs and intend to dispose of the subject property to the
property owner to the south of the Fire Hall in accordance with their respec
tive Bylaws Regarding the Disposal of Municipal Properties.
Description of Property
The subject property is a portion of land three feet by ninety-eight feet (3’x98’)
on the south edge of the Fire Hall property and located to the rear of the
property.
The Fire Hall is located at 369 Josephine Street in the Town of Wingham.
Any interested party wishing to make comment on the proposed sale of the
land may file their comments with the Clerk of any of the Municipalities listed
above at any time but the municipalities may proceed to dispose of the sub
ject property in accordance with their respective Bylaws after this date of
notice.
