4-H club finishes
The final meeting for the Brussels
Beef club was held at Corey
Rintoul’s on Aug. 20.
Rob Thompson talked about all the
different parts of an animal from a
butcher’s point of view. The club
then judged heifers and steer, giving
reasons why they placed them the
way they did.
Lee Rintoul and Doug Helm did a
clipping demonstration explaining
the process.
