THE EDITOR,
Regarding Bev Elliott’s Letter to
the Editor about the Communities in
Bloom, I would like to add that it
was delightful attending the garden
party she and John hosted at their
place. After raining all day the sun
shone making it a. memorable
occasion for everyone.
It was a pleasure seeing 69 people
together, all of whom helped with
the flowerbeds, etc. It was, indeed, a
sense of pride through community
involvement. Our village has never
looked nicer!
Bev and her Community in
Blooms committee deserves credit
for all their work in organizing this
project.
