IS CURRENTLY SEEKING 2 SKILLED LABOURERS TO FILL THE FOLLOWING POSITIONS: Elevator/Fertilizer Labourer/Operator - Londesboro Duties will include the following - loading and unloading of various crop products being received and shipped out from the elevator - recording of proper information on grain receiving tickets including weight and grade - loading and delivery of fertilizer, seed, chemicals and equipment set-up - may be responsible for operation of fertilizer blender and completion of the necessary documentation - some responsibility in invoicing, providing market prices, and answering phone. - Maintenance duties requiring previous cutting and welding experience - Various other responsibilities as per seasonal requirements Rogator Operator/Grain Receiving Labourer/Operator - Seaforth Duties will be as above but will also include the application of pesticides. The successful candidate will have an AZ licence (DZ minimum that must be upgraded to AZ as soon as possible as a condition of employment) plus strong interpersonal skills. Post secondary or experience in agriculture is also an asset but not mandatory. Any other agricultural licences considered assets. The successful candidate for either of the above positions will have excellent customer relation skills and a team player attitude. A minimum Grade 12 education is necessary.
