THE CORPORATION OF THE
MUNICIPALITY OF CENTRAL HURON
HAS OPENINGS FOR THE POSITION OF
EQUIPMENT OPERATOR
2* Central Huron is a newly amalgamated Township
comprised of three Huron County municipalities; the
Township of Hullett, Township of Goderich and the Town
of Clinton. This restructured municipality takes effect on
January 1, 2001.
The successful candidates will report to the Roads
Foreperson and Roads Superintendent, and must hold a
Class “A” or “D” Ontario drivers licence with air brakes
endorsement.
> Central Huron will be offering a competitive benefit and
wage package to the successful candidate. Details will

HENSALL DISTRICT CO-OPERATIVE INC. IS
CURRENTLY SEEKING 2 SKILLED LABOURERS
TO FILL THE FOLLOWING POSITIONS:
Elevator/Fertilizer Labourer/Operator - Londesboro
Duties will include the following
- loading and unloading of various crop products being
received and shipped out from the elevator
- recording of proper information on grain receiving tickets
including weight and grade
- loading and delivery of fertilizer, seed, chemicals and
equipment set-up
- may be responsible for operation of fertilizer blender and
completion of the necessary documentation
- some responsibility in invoicing, providing market prices,
and answering phone.
- Maintenance duties requiring previous cutting and welding
experience
- Various other responsibilities as per seasonal requirements
Rogator Operator/Grain Receiving Labourer/Operator -
Seaforth
Duties will be as above but will also include the application of
pesticides. The successful candidate will have an AZ licence (DZ
minimum that must be upgraded to AZ as soon as possible as a
condition of employment) plus strong interpersonal skills. Post
secondary or experience in agriculture is also an asset but not
mandatory. Any other agricultural licences considered assets.
The successful candidate for either of the above positions will
have excellent customer relation skills and a team player attitude.
A minimum Grade 12 education is necessary. Further orientation
training will be provided by Hensall District Co-operative. We
offer competitive remuneration and a comprehensive benefit
package including a pension plan as per corporate policy. Please
