social
The Silver Tops had a most enjoy
able evening at Fordwich where they
attended a strawberry social at the
United Church there.
It was a full course meai of turkey;
ham with all the trimmings, excel
lent. Then came bowls heaping with
deep red delicious strawberries. You
helped yourself and they coaxed you
to have more. To top that were love
ly iced cupcakes and a variety of
squares. Everyone enjoyed the deli
cious meal.
Fordwich United must be well
known as people were there from
many areas.
The Silver Tops then went to the
home of Marg and Ron Livermore.
They have a lovely house and a
beautiful garden.
Margaret Livermore is Lois and
the late Don Haines’ daughter.
Needless to say they were both
involved in the social.
