Marg Hildebrand introduced the guest speaker Karen Atkinson who resides at the Old Mill. She is a nurse of the Healthy Hearts. This rehabilitation service is on Stanley Street in Goderich. She spoke of the things one should know. How do you know if you are having an attack? If so what should you do? How can you help another person? What is a proper diet? What kind of exercise should one use? Ethel Ball gave a reading on grandchildren.
