Tender also includes 5,000 tonnes 5/8" grandlar "A" gravel to be crushed and stockpiled in pit. Work to be completed by June 16, 2000 to the satisfaction of the Township Road Superintendent. The contractor to be responsible for any rules or regulations which may be applicable under the Aggregate Resources Act. Contractor must supply 2,000 metric tonnes per day.
