During that time Ohm is on probation. “You get caught driving between now and the expiration of your con viction and I suggest you’re looking at a minimum of six months. And it won’t be on weekends,” said Hunter. Hunter sentenced him to 75 days on the drunk driving and 15 days consecutive for the Dec. 11-Jan. 1 charge. He got 15 days concurrent for the Nov. 26 charge. In addition to losing his license for one year, Thomton got probation for 12 months and must attend a centre within 30 days of his release for assessment then follow with recom mended counselling. “You don’t attend for the assess ment and you’ll be in breach of pro bation and back before me,” said Hunter. “Let’s put it this way — 90 days in total is the bottom of the scale. You don’t attend and I’ll cer tainly make up the difference.” Cause disturbance Andrew Henderson entered a plea of guilty for causing a disturbance.
