The Workplace Health & Safety Coordinator is responsible for the assess­ ment, development and implementation of all county poli­ cies, procedures and programs relating to workplace health & safety, WSIB and retum-to-work initiatives. The coordi­ nator also provides technical and legislative/regulatory advice to county departments and staff, as well as serving as the contact for related outside agencies. Qualifications: • Graduation from a community college program in human resources or health & safety, or a combination of education and experience. • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in WSIB, OHSA and return-to-work programs. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with managers, employees, outside agencies and union repre­ sentatives. • Excellent computer skills, especially Word and Excel. • Experience in a unionized work environment would be a definite asset. • Demonstrated continuous learning attitude. County of Huron Museum & Historic Gaol requires several Museum Assistants The Huron County Museum and Historic Gaol has several seasonal employment positions available beginning late April, early May. These positions will assist with the day to day operations of the Museum and Historic Gaol and provide visitor services throughout the summer season.
