This position will report to the Manager of Financial Services in Goderich: As the successful candidate for this position, you will process accounts receivable, journal entries, tax sales for municipalities and perform various day-to-day accounting functions. You will also record and balance reserve and special accounts, and assist the Manager of Financial Services as required. You will be the key contact person for financial systems consultants. Your qualifications will include a university degree or college diploma in business, or a related discipline plus enrollment in a recognized professional accounting program (CGA, CMA) at the third level. You should also have the relevant computer skills to perform the duties of this position.
