A verbal report was given regarding a meeting with Ken .Alton and a catch basin on the Lane municipal drain. It was agreed the catch basin is not acceptable and a blowout already exists on the drain. The drainage superintendent will correct problems. He will also contact the individual who is dumping rocks on the berm along the lint fence. After an on-site meeting at the Miller-Alton municipal drain by Reeve Ben Van Diepenbeek, Deputy-Reeve Neil Rintoul, Public Works Superintendent Kevin Cook and engineer Andy McBride, it was agreed the list of deficiencies would be corrected.
