Rehearsing
With the Madill Drama Guild's Performance Showcase just days away, three girls rehearse
their bit from Mama Mia!, during a tech rehearsal on Sunday afternoon. The event is being
held this week, beginning May 8. (Vicky Bremner photo)
New sequel for hit play
Emily Boutet, Eric Coates and Ted Johns read from Johns' new play Bamboozled for those
attending the launch of the Blyth Festival's 2002 season, Thursday, on the Memorial Hall
stage. The play is a sequel to Johns' huge hit He Won't Come in From the Barn, which has
been performed to sold-out audiences in several different seasons over the Festival's history.
