accessible and easier to heat.
In 2001 the lIall hoard decided to
purchase 50 comfortable chairs to
accommodate 10 tables for the card
parties.
This year the Hall hoard decided to
invest in storm windows kir the
downstairs (again to minimize the
cost of heating) to make the- place
less drafty and more comfortable for
the card party and the dart-for-fun
participants. The cost of all these
renovations and improvements have
always been absorbed by the
financial gains made during the
season and have in no way touched
on the capital the hoard has in
reserve for unexpected repairs.
By the way there are still spaces on
the hoard available for new
prospective members.
