Guest speaker was Pat Milliken and guest musician was Lynda Lentz- McGregor. Pat welcomed everyone and reminded all that this was Rural Sunday and to think of the farmers at this time of year. Nicole Meier and Amanda Bearss read the Old Testament reading from Genesis 1. The choir anthem was Like a River Glorious. The children's hymn was God Who Made the Earth. Pat's story to the children was the blessing of the seeds. She gave each child a handful of seeds to take home, plant and watch grow. The New Testament reading was for Acts 7: 55-60. The responsive Psalm 8. Pat's message to the adults was about stones.
