So it's now time to go to the ball parks and soccer fields to watch the activity and of course they can always use your WI hosts euchre The Majestic Women's Institute held a casserole supper in the Brussels Library on Thursday evening, April 25 at 6:30 p.m. There were 40 persons present. The meal was followed by euchre. The Catholic crew were busy getting prepared for their lasagna dinner last Friday. As part of a world-wide event being held in Toronto in July our community will be hosting about 150 pilgrims. The dinner was their big fundraiser, only a part of the work in progress for this summer event. They need billets for that number and are looking for spare beds in July, so if you can spare a bed kind a little time call your CatholiL friends. They'll be glad you did. And now I'm sadto say our good friend Bruce Hahn died on Friday. Like all deaths we're sad to have that person' leave our life and the part they played in community. Bruce was the sitrong, silent type who waited for/ the right moment to say his bit and he was good at choosing moments.
