features; the Innovation

Industry Innovation Competition.
Under the banner of 'Pork
Production and You and 2002', the
Pork Congress marks its triumphant
return to the Stratford Fairgrounds,
June 20 and 21 after a one-year
hiatus in light of last year's hoof-,
and-mouth disease outbreak in
Europe.
As in years past, 21 of the best
producer innovations will be
displayed at the Congress and voted
upon by those attending. Cash
prizes are awarded for the top
innovations with first place to
receive $1,000. All innovations will
be featured in a future issue of The
Ontario Hog Farmer magazine.
Innovations may involve
production, financial management.
