sale of real property owned by the Maitland Valley Conservation

The Township of North Huron is accepting quotations from
various trades for excavation, demolition, concrete, masonry,
structural steel, miscellaneous metals, metal siding, finish
millwork, built-up roofing and sheet metal, caulking, insulation,
hollow metal, finish .hardware, aluminum entrances, overhead
doors, drywall, acoustic tile, finish flooring, painting,
dasherboards, toilet partitions, washroom accessories, coat
racks, mechanical and electrical work.
Sealed quotations on the subcontractor's letterhead should be
addressed to Mr. John Stewart — Clerk Administrator, c/o The
Township of North Huron, 274 Josephine Street, Wingham,
Ontario, NOG 2W0 marked "Tender for Blyth Arena". Quotations
will be received in the clerk's office at the above address by
12:00 p.m. local time, Wednesday, March 20, 2002.
Architectural drawings and specifications may be viewed at the
Blyth Arena or Grand Valley Construction Association,
Cambridge. Drawings and specifications may be obtained at the
Blyth Arena for a refundable deposit of $55.00 payable to
Township of North Huron. Interested Mechanical and Electrical
Contractors are to contact Paul Jackson at 519-272-9710 or fax
"Interest to bid" to 519-272-9711. Mechanical and Electrical
drawings will not be available until March 15, 2002. Tenders for
this work will close March 28, 2002 at 12:00 p.m. local time.
