Proud parents are 'Gary and Beth Earl and Roy and Mary Beuerman. The ceremony was officiated by Rev. Richard and Joan Golden. Attendants for the bride were Cathy Earl, Jennifer Raycraft, Sandy Earl, Sandra Machan and Kelli Kirkham. Kendra Earl was the flower girl. Attendants for the groom were Terry Pestell, Michael Beuerman, Jeff Earl, Jeff Hulley and Doug Kirkham. Corbyn Smith and Darcy Smith were the ring bearers. A reception was held at the Elma-Logan Recreation Complex. After a honeymoon in Ottawa, the couple returned to Monkton where they now reside. Chris and Becky would like to thank all their family and friends for making their day one that was full of special moments and fond memories. oarillgt ° awskor.... PAGE 6. Winter storms thro area with vengeance Close one A large cedar tree couldn't stand up to winter's wrath this past Sunday and narrowly missed not one, but two homes. The tree neatly landed between John and Merle Cousins' and !della Wilson's Brussels houses. (Bonnie Gropp photo) Blown away The Nonkeses, owners of Spring Breezes Greenhouse, know just how severe the winds were on the weekend. The larger of their two greenhouses was torn apart and left in a tangled heap. Although there was a considerable loss of stock they expect to be up and running with a new building in time for spring. An Auburn-area greenhouse owned by John and Sherry Blay was also lost. One hanger was ripped branches conspired to rip the completely out of the sign's frame but luckily the other held hydro meter off the wall.
