Money Tips
(NC) — If you're older, your chil-
dren have grown and you have
already built up substantial equity
in your home, you may want to
free up capital by downsizing.
Moving into a smaller, less
expensive home will provide
additional cash for investment or
retirement living expenses.

Quote:
Life is sweet just because of the
friends we have made,
And the things which in
common we share,
We want to live on, not
because of ourselves,
But because of the people
who care.
It's giving — and doing
for somebody else —
On this all life's
splendour depends;
And the joys of the world,
when you've summed it all up,
Are found in the
keeping of friends.
