UCW marks season
The Blyth UCW held its Christmas
pot blessed meeting on Nov. 27 with
16 ladies present. Roll call was a gift
to the Christmas Bureau.
Bonnie Shannon gave the worship.
Diane Ferguson and Bonnie Shannon
gave a skit about the angel Gabriel
telling Mary she would have a child
who would be Jesus; as well as
Elizabeth having a son who would be
John the Baptist.
Heather Elliott sang a solo.
The next meeting is in February.
Passing the test
On Wednesday, Nov. 27 six skaters from Blyth travelled to
Wingham to try dance tests. Back row, from left: Cassandra
