The flag, which was donated by a former resident of the village is val- ued at $500-$600. The Wingham and District Community Living Association (WDCLA) held the first early bird draw Sept. 21 for the annual lottery dinner and dance to be held Nov. 3 in Wingham. Winners of the $500 prize were Barb and Francis Hogan of RR3, Lucknow. The draw was made by Elaine Denorome at the WDCLA adminis- tration office. The second early bird draw, for $50Q, will be held Oct. 19.
