One of the Cranbrook area Millennium babies had his first birthday on Sept. 18. Belated Happy Birthday to Hudson Smith, son of Chris and Shelley Smith. Doug and Jean Evans celebrated their 40th wedding anniversary on Sept. 23. A family gathering was held at the Fireside Restaurant for brunch and later cake and coffee were served at the Cranbrook Hall for neighbours and friends. I was asked to take care of my Millennium Twins for four days, while their parents went to Quebec City for a holiday. I refused to let the parents go abroad saying that if they went any- where by plane they could kiss their babysitter goodbye! The twins are wonderful children learning to talk and say things. They are a lot of work, but I thoroughly enjoyed taking care of them. However, if I have to sing about the "Itsy Bitsy Spider going up the waterspout" one more time, I shall throw up. - Yvonne DeWit A2. - Yvonne DeWit A3. - Yvonne DeWit Bl. - Michelle DeWit 82. - Michelle DeWit 83. - Michelle DeWit TRACTOR PULL Up to 50 lbs. - Nathan Watson, Evan Kikkert, Averly Kikkert. 51 - 75 lbs. - Zack Watson, Nick Gowing, Randy Zwep. 76 - 95 lbs. - Tommy Cronin, Brad Hill, Katie Glen.
