PAGE 15. Agriculture Brussels Livestock report Beef vealprices range from $110 to $155 Total receipts for Brussels Livestock for the week ending May 25 were 2,579 head of cattle, 666 lambs and goats. On Tuesday, the fed steers and heifers sold on a strong active trade. The cows traded $2 to $3 higher. On Thursday, veal sold $2 to $3 higher and the lambs sold on a strong active trade. On Friday, calves and yearlings were selling on a strong trade with prices $2 to $3 higher. There were 502 steers on offer . selling from $118 to $124 with sales to $133 Schmidt Brook Farms, Woodstock, consigned one limousin -steer weighing 1,155 lbs. which sold to Dominion Meats for $133. Their overall offering of twelve steers averaged 1,435 lbs. selling for an average of $126.08. One simmental steer consigned by D. M. McAlpine Farms, Ailsa Craig, weighed '1,465 lbs. and sold to Holly Park Meat Packers for $127.75. Their overall offering of forty steers averaged 1,458 lbs. and sold. for an average price of $120.73.
