Women's Institute Hall.

Moms meet
Mabel's Moms met at their regular
time on Wednesday, April 4. Those
who attended were: Lila Procter and
Jessica; Crystal Agombar, Nicholas,
Gage and Dustin Pennington; Linda
Hess and Judith; Heather Campbell
and Mason; Kim Higgins, Ashley,
Shelby and Jarod Logan; Donna
Raynard, Heidi, Curtis and Craig.
Their topic was "Spring Flowers".
Gordon and Louise Bosman have
returned home from an enjoyable
stay in Victotia, British Columbia.
Clayton Bosman and Debbie Wilson
visited them from Prince George.

Communion Service is at 7:30 p.m.

'Myth's 125th anniversary
The regular meeting of the
Evening Unit to Knox United
Belgrave was held Tuesday evening,
April 3 at the home of Mabel
Wheeler with 12 members in
attendance.
Leader Lorna Cook opened the
meeting then thanked the hostess.
She read Miracle of Easter Thoughts.
Laura Johnston and Freda
Johnston led the workshop service
using the theme of turning darkness
to light. Laura read scripture John I:
1-19. The light was the truth and
some believed.
Christ The Lord is Risen Today
was sung.
Mary Magdalene lived in
Isobel Logan and Becky Logan
greeted worshippers at Knox United
Church on Palm Sunday, April 8.
Elizabeth Procter was accompanist
for the hymn-sing. Rev. Ethel Miner
Clare welcomed everyone.
Rebec-ca Bruton and Michelle Burr
looked after the nursery.
The Belgrave, WMS held its
meeting at the home of Ivy Cloak-
ey.
Freda Scott opened with the
Purpose and a prayer. Lottie Scott
read scripture. A meditation was
given by Mrs. Cloakey and a prayer
by Mrs. Scott. The program from
Glad Tidings, Walking with Mary
was followed.
Margaret Siertsema gave the
secretary's report and Mrs. Cloakey
Confirmation Class will lead a
sunrise service on Sunday, April 15
at 7:15 a.m. on the manse lawn
followed by the Easter Sunday
Service in the church at 11 a.m.
Brenda McCann of Brampton
visited her mother Freda Johnston
and both visited with Rod, Tara and
great-grandchildren as well as at the
home of Doug and Sue Johnston of
Lucan.

met on Friday, April 6 at 1:30 p.m.

May 4 at 1:30 p.m. with Mr. and
Mrs. Archibald as guests to talk
about their trip to Cuba.
