Concern over what those changes mean has resulted in the Community Evolution Project from the Huron Business Development Centre. Paul Nichol said the idea came from a group that was interested in their communities and what was happen- ing to them. "Looking over the last 20-25 years the question being asked was 'Where are our communities head- ed.", he explained. Statistical background was gath- ered on a number of areas that impact rural Huron and a fact book was compiled.
