March 5 at 8:30 p.m. At the first general meeting of the new year, held at the end of January, the Bluewater Recycling Association mem- bership elected eight repre- sentatives from the member municipalities to form the Board of Directors of the Association, for a three year term (2000-2002). The board governs the Association's affairs through the develop- ment, approval and evaluation of policy. The following individuals, under the chairmanship of Meredith Schneider from the Town of Perth North will serve as the board of directors of the Bluewater Recycling Association for the coming
