The decision to apply for $9,015 was made at the Oct. 20 meeting. The township's contribution to the Huron Bruce community com- plex will be $100,000 over three years. Council stated that the preference for a restructuring group consisted of Morris, Turnberry and East Wawanosh Twps. and Wingham. They would be agreeable to Blyth joining the group, but council said beyond that, the group would be too large. Ed Stein attended the session to inform council that the merger of Parts 3 and 4, RP 22R 740, would be completed by lawyer John Schenk as soon as possible. HEIBEIN Mrs. Charlotte Gertrude (Candler) Heibein passed away at Caressant Care Nursing Home, Listowel on Saturday, Oct. 24, 1998. She was in her 94th year. Born in Atwood on Sept. 10, 1905, Mrs. Heibein was the beloved wife of the late George G. Heibein. She will be sadly missed by her children Jean Fox of RR 1, Blyth, Gertrude Lambkin and her husband Lorne of Fordwich, Stanley Heibein and his wife Maureen of Milverton, Kathleen Bridge of Brussels, Ruth Parkhouse and her husband Allan of Atwood, Julenia Draper and her husband Robert of Brussels, John Heibein and his wife Marlene of Guelph, Joyce Jones and her husband Fred of Milverton, Phyllis Hanna and her husband Thomas of Whitby, Bill Heibein of Listowel and Lloyd Heibein and his wife Violet of Brussels. She was also loved by her 41 grandchildren, 72 great- grandchildren and two great-great- grandchildren. Mrs. Heibein was predeceased by three daughters, her son-in-laws, Gerald Bridge and Victor Fox, daughter-in-law, Isabel Heibein and gr'anddaughters Brenda Jamieson, Pamela Rutledge and Sherry Souch. Friends were received by the family Monday evening at the Schimanski Family funeral Home, Brussels where th.e complete funeral service was conducted on Tuesday, Oct. 27 at 2 p.m. with Rev. Stan McDonald officiating. The pallbearers and flower bearers were grandchildren. Interment at Molesworth Cemetery. As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations were made to the Alzheimer Society or to the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Ontario. ALICE ELIZABETH HAMILTON Alice Elizabeth "Betty" Hamilton of Goderich passed away at Maitland Manor on Monday, Oct. 19, 1998 in her 68th year. She was the dear mother of Cheryl and Ed Miller of Goderich, Brian Hamilton of Huron Park, Sandy and Kevin Finnie of Goderich, Jane and David McAdam of Kitchener, Shelley and Rob Jeffrey of Goderich. She was the loving grandmother of seven grandchildren and dear friend of Wayne Arnold of Teeswater.
