Josling spends a lot of his free time travelling to other county steam shows to find new ideas. A new addition to this year's show will be the steam engine plowing. Josling was responsible for arranging it and renting close to three acres near the site where the engines will plow. Aside from being interested in old tractors and threshers himself, Josling wants the show to be fun for young people too. "I like to get young kids involved because we're not going to be around forever." Josling often takes his neighbour's son and his own nieces and nephews along to the show.
