Lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted 2 men rescue actress Huron County OPP are com- mending two Clinton men who helped save a Blyth Festival actress from serious injury in an accident west of Londesboro Aug. 8. McKenzie Muldoon, 22, was heading west on County Rd. 15. After stopping at the corner of Huron County Rd. 8, she pulled into the path of a southbound van driven by Douglas Ca:neron, 46, of Clinton. The Cameron vehicle struck the Muldoon car broadside, driving it into the ditch. Cameron and his passenger went to Muldoon's car and found her unconscious. They saw a fire had started under the hood and acted quickly, finding a knife in their van and cutting her seat belt and remov- ing her from the vehicle. The car then burned. Clinton Fire Depart- ment responded to the call. Muldoon was treated at Clinton Public Hospital then transported to London where she was held overnight for observation before being released.
