McKenzie Muldoon, 22, was heading west on County Rd. 15. After stopping at the corner of Huron County Rd. 8, she pulled into the path of a southbound van driven by Douglas Ca:neron, 46, of Clinton. The Cameron vehicle struck the Muldoon car broadside, driving it into the ditch. Cameron and his passenger went to Muldoon's car and found her unconscious. They saw a fire had started under the hood and acted quickly, finding a knife in their van and cutting her seat belt and remov- ing her from the vehicle. The car then burned. Clinton Fire Depart- ment responded to the call. Muldoon was treated at Clinton Public Hospital then transported to London where she was held overnight for observation before being released.
