Warning — Easter virus going out
Rev. Stephen Huntley
Blyth United Church
I received the following through
the internee:
Be on the alert for symptoms of
HOPE, PEACE, JOY and LOVE.
The hearts of a great many have
already been exposed to this virus
and it is possible that people
everywhere could come down with
it in epidemic proportions. This
could pose a serious threat to what
has, up to now, been a fairly stable
condition of conflict in the world.
Here are some signs and
symptoms of the Easter Virus:
1. A tendency to think and act
spontaneously rather than on fears
based on past experiences.
2. An unmistakable ability to
enjoy each moment.
3. A loss of interest in judging
other people.
4. A loss of interest in interpreting
the actions of others.
5. A loss of interest in conflict.
6. A loss of the ability worry.
(This is a very serious symptom).
7. Frequent, overwhelming
episodes of appreciation.
8. Frequent attacks of smiling.
9. An increasing tendency to let
things happen rather than make
them happen.
10. An increased susceptibility to
the love extended by others as
well as the uncontrollable urge to
extend it.
I was shocked and alarmed but
there were no instructions on how
to stop downloading this into our
system. Please send this warning
out to all your friends.
This virus can and has affected
many systems. Some systems have
been completely cleaned out
because of it.
Hoping this message comes too
late.
